Job Description
Gatronova, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Head of Production with a solid background in managing production processes. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E./B.S. in Engineering from a reputable university with 8-10 years of experience, particularly in capsule manufacturing.
Location: Landhi Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Description: In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. You will lead the team in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing preventive maintenance measures to optimize plant resources.
- Monitor production operations and address any challenges impacting plant efficiency.
- Analyze reports to improve non-productive activities and procedures.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and ensure root cause analysis for durable solutions.
- Oversee equipment operation and maintenance schedules for optimal performance.
