Job Description
Fulcrum (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring for “Head Of Programs” for one of their reputed clients in social wellness / NGO sector. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in NGO domain, especially in executing and managing social wellness programs.
The Head of Programs will collaborate closely with Program Managers and other department heads to ensure seamless coordination between programmatic and operational functions. Responsibilities include overseeing program strategies, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
