Job Description
The Project Manager for the Head Office Building at Fatima Group will be responsible for overseeing the construction plans, ensuring compliance with HSE objectives, and providing technical and administrative direction on civil/construction decisions. This role requires a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Project Management, or a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, along with 20-25 years of construction industry experience as a project manager. Successful candidates should have a track record of delivering multistory office building projects in the corporate sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Project Management or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Overall 20-25 years proven experience in construction industry as project manager in international as well as local corporate head office project development.
- Successful completion and delivered multistory office building projects in high rise corporate sector and mix use development.
