Job Description
The candidate should have experience in overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects. They should create a detailed plan, manage logistics, delegate tasks, and monitor budgets. Strong communication skills are essential for this senior management role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate development projects
- Oversee project management consultants and contractors
- Ensure project specifications and schedule compliance
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Utilize public relations to manage authorities
- Present project progress reports
- Monitor site progress through surveys
- Manage site teams and stakeholders
- Oversee departments like Budgeting and Estimation
Qualification and Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering & Project Management
- Demonstrated project delivery ability
- 15+ years of experience in multi-story projects
- Strong communication and analytical skills
