About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end procurement of essential raw materials. The role involves leading procurement strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement Management: Oversee critical raw material sourcing for production needs.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with departments for timely material delivery.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage material levels to prevent shortages.
- Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships, negotiate terms, and drive performance.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices for cost-efficiency and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in SCM from a reputable university.
- Experience: 8-10 years in raw material procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively.
