Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Create and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sources to source qualified candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Research and recommend new recruiting tools and technologies and using advanced tech solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruiting software (ATS).
