Job Description
We are looking for a “Head of Sales” to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Job Descriptions:
- Developing strategic plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search for leads/prospects, penetrate new markets
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Minimum of 5 plus years experience in the sales and business development industry
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc/Master degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Retail Setup as a Head Sales
