Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as the Head of Risk & Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As the Head of Risk & Compliance, your main duties will include developing and implementing strategic risk and compliance programs, evaluating potential risks, and making recommendations to minimize them. You will also be responsible for conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing training to employees on risk and compliance matters.
Additionally, you will work closely with senior management to assess the organization’s risk appetite, create risk mitigation strategies, and provide regular reports on risk and compliance issues to the executive team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
