Job Description
People is an international HR Services company based in Lahore, Pakistan, seeking a Unit Head Sales and Services for our head office. Responsibilities include B2B sales, brand communication, business development, and supporting Regional Head Sales. Ideal candidates possess dynamic leadership, strong communication, decision-making skills, and business acumen.
- Implement sales strategies for Central Region targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and cross-selling activities.
- Create effective sales programs and compile strategic data and reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, 7+ years B2B sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software Industry.
