Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Define and track sales targets and KPIs for consistent performance.
Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Onboard and manage partnerships with regional stakeholders to expand lending products reach.
- Build alliances with industry influencers and channel partners to strengthen market presence.
Team Management & Training:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team in a collaborative environment.
- Develop training programs to enhance team expertise in sales processes and customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing mentoring, set clear expectations, and deliver constructive feedback.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish scalable sales frameworks and implement efficient policies.
- Oversee pipeline management in alignment with company growth targets.
- Create detailed sales reports for executive leadership with actionable insights.
Client Relations & Retention:
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies reflecting company values.
- Strengthen key client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align initiatives with market needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. Certifications in sales management are a plus.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Preferred industry experience in financial services, fintech, lending, telecommunications, automotive, or banking.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams, building channels, and achieving revenue goals.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, and pipeline tracking.
- Strong understanding of lending products and the regulatory landscape in Pakistan.
