Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, understanding of market dynamics, and ability to strategize and execute plans aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales department operations including forecasting and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to support overall business strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, provide reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and CRM software proficiency.
