Job Description
Amanah Mall is actively seeking a Senior Manager – Project Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives, enhance project revenue, and cultivate strong client relationships within our apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
- Establish and nurture relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Partner on promotional strategies.
- Deliver property presentations and facilitate site visits.
- Negotiate terms and track sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales.
- Demonstrable sales success and comprehensive knowledge of the property market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
