Role Description
The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Head of Sales will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading and coaching the sales team to achieve targets. The Head of Sales will also collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Sales Skills
- Experience in Sales Management
- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets
- Must have experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
