Job Description
People is an international HR Services company based in Pakistan, seeking a Unit Head Sales & Services for our Lahore head office. Responsibilities include B2B sales, brand communication, and business development. Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve Central Region targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate cross-selling initiatives for profitability.
- Create effective sales programs for organization awareness.
- Prepare data for strategic sales plans and reports.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: 7+ years in B2B Sales within HR, Banking, or Software Industry.
