Job Description
People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) is seeking a Unit Head of Sales and Services for our Islamabad office. The role involves leading B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Regional Head Sales to develop high-performing strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets through competitive analysis.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiate agreements.
- Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for profitability.
- Create effective sales programs to enhance organization awareness.
- Prepare sales plans, reports, and budgets as required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 7+ years in B2B Sales, preferably in HR Consultancy.
