Job Description
Tanzeela Abid is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of Sales. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, leading a team of sales managers, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, performing sales analysis, managing budgets, and providing training and support to the sales team. Staying updated with industry trends is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate project sales. Additionally, experience in selling to overseas Pakistanis and organizing events and roadshows is highly desirable.
