Job Description
Job Summary:
The School Head will lead and manage all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality education, fostering a positive school environment, and achieving academic excellence. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of management experience in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Vision:
– Develop and implement the school’s strategic vision and mission.
– Lead and inspire faculty, staff, and students to achieve academic and personal excellence.
- Administrative Management:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the school, including academic programs, staff management, and student affairs.
– Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies.
- Academic Excellence:
– Monitor and evaluate academic programs and initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes.
– Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to improve teaching effectiveness.
- Budget and Resource Management:
– Develop and manage the school’s budget, allocating resources effectively to support educational goals.
– Oversee procurement and maintenance of educational resources and facilities.
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
– Build strong relationships with parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
– Communicate effectively with all members of the school community, including managing conflict resolution.
- Performance Evaluation:
– Conduct performance evaluations for faculty and staff.
– Implement improvement plans and support professional growth.
Qualifications:
– Education: Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
