Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head Source to Pay Operations (HQ). As the Head Source to Pay Operations (HQ), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the source to pay process, including sourcing, procurement, and payment operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our organization optimizes the sourcing and procurement activities while maintaining strong control over the payment processes.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence and drive continuous improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in procurement and source-to-pay processes, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of supply chain management will be advantageous.
