Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain operations aligned with company objectives and growth plans.

• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

• Lead procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, fabrics, accessories, and packaging materials.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

• Oversee production planning activities to meet production schedules and customer demand.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party service providers to streamline operations and improve service levels.

• Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure products meet Elan’s quality specifications.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards throughout the supply chain.

• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10 years) in a senior supply chain management role within the fashion industry or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience with ERP and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
