Job Description
Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies supporting business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Production Management:
- Oversee daily production operations and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Logistics:
- Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery to stores and customers.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Develop and manage supply chain and production budget.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process improvements and integrate best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Leadership & Communication:
- Lead a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full time On-site (Mon-Fri)
Timings: 9 Hours (Flexible Working Hours)
