Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Supply Chain Management located in Kāmoki. The Head of Supply Chain Management will oversee the entire supply chain process, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. They will work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
