Lucky Motor Corporation Limited is a leading automotive company committed to excellence in manufacturing and delivering high-quality vehicles. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Section – Taxation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the tax provisioning process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency in tax-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely tax documentation, addressing any information requirements promptly.
• Provide innovative tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Review complex income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage tax audits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes.
• Develop functional strategies and objectives for the taxation department.
• Formulate budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
• Oversee FBR related working to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure timely E-filing of monthly sales tax returns and annual sales tax returns for the group.
• Resolve issues related to STWH, input and output tax adjustments, and decision-making for claiming input tax.

Qualifications:

• ACCA, CA, CIMA or any relevant certification
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of taxation in the manufacturing sector.
