Job Description
This position champions safety and compliance within terminal operations. Key duties involve reviewing annual safety training materials, overseeing the implementation of the annual maintenance schedule, actively participating in meetings, facilitating internal and external audits, and handling other warehouse (go-down) functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to Gatron and Nova terminals to assess overall operations and review daily stock reports.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and condition of raw materials and finished goods at the terminals, ensuring proper palletization and designated storage locations.
- Manage approvals for bills submitted by terminal staff, stock transport orders, and Purchase Orders linked to those transports.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth go-down operations, providing expert guidance when needed.
- Coordinate and monitor dispatch plans for timely and efficient execution, working alongside relevant departments.
- Oversee the release and approval of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for foreign and local stock, including valued and non-valued items.
- Participate in meetings with Gatron, Nova, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and Directors’ teams.
- Perform additional tasks and special assignments as directed by the Group Head Warehouse and/or Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Relevant experience of Terminal management (Minimum 10 years)
