Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic Training Division Manager to lead sales and development efforts at Conexus Company. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding training offerings, and building a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Manage a high-performing sales team effectively.
- Collaborate with experts to create innovative programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Training and development background preferred.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
- Sales or marketing certification is a plus.
