Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Warehouse to oversee all aspects of our warehouse in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for optimizing storage, handling, and distribution to ensure efficient product flow and on-time deliveries.
- Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, analyze inventory trends, and optimize stock levels for cost-effectiveness and product availability.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse and inventory team, tracking metrics like order fulfillment speed, inventory turnover, accuracy, and operational costs. Implement best practices to continuously improve these metrics.
- Focus on reducing order processing times, improving order accuracy, and driving overall customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports and provide valuable insights to management regarding warehouse performance, trends, and areas for further optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 8-12 years of experience in Warehouse Management of a manufacturing setup.
