Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Onboarding & Retail Risk Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process and managing retail risk operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new team members
  • Oversee the retail risk assessment procedures to minimize potential financial losses
  • Analyze data and trends to identify risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
