Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is actively looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Head of Production. The successful candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and have 10 to 15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include leading production efforts, upholding quality standards, and demonstrating expertise in mechanical processes, production planning, and optimization.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams are crucial for this role. Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs130,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
