Job Description:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage the health and safety budget
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
