Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC team activities, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor HVAC installations and repairs for safety compliance and regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and support technicians in problem-solving.
- Conduct system inspections, recommend preventive maintenance, and train technicians.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, provide technical expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage HVAC inventory, maintain records, and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC program completion preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Prior supervisory experience and valid HVAC technician license.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and diagnostic tools.
- Physical stamina, valid driver’s license, problem-solving skills.
