Role Description:
The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and handling customer support requests. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- Technical support, help desk support, and customer support skills
- Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Desktop computer knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the NDIS sector is a plus
- Excellent spoken English is a huge advantage.
- Demonstrations of the Software to clients is a necessary skill for this role.
