Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Help Desk Executive role located in Rawalpindi. As a Help Desk Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of problems.
Job Timings: 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. (Full Night Shift Job).
Those who join have to sign a 2-year binding contract.
Salary up to 75k with Fringe benefits: Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Paid Leaves, and Bi-Annual yearly increments (*As per current policy).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and support software
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
