• Female candidates only
• Education: Intermediate or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle national and international phone calls
• Greet visitors and follow established protocols
• Record visitor logs, calls, and attendance
• Organize files and update records
• Perform reception duties with courtesy
• Assist the HR department in maintaining organized records.
