Role Summary: Martin Dow is in search of a dedicated Helpdesk Support Executive to deliver first-line support for information and computing system issues. This role involves investigating user problems, implementing effective solutions, and assisting with procedural documentation.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include installing and configuring desktops and laptops, diagnosing technical issues, and coordinating with the central IT service desk. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and hold a B.Sc or BS in Computer Science.
