Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecom company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor, effectively resolve issues by providing accurate information and solutions, process customer orders, and manage payment transactions. Additionally, you will update customer accounts as necessary.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have at least six months of experience in Customer Service. The position is based in Islamabad.
