Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing answers to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, ideally in a UK-based environment
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month, including up to Rs15,00 in incentives. Additional benefits include free medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) with work-from-home options available post-probation.
