Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi.
- Ideally 6 months to 2 years of experience in a UK-based call center.
- Salary: Rs45,00 along with performance-based incentives.
- Work shifts will be rotational on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Offer online support for our services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team on issues unresolved for over 48 hours.
- Create and manage Network Trouble Tickets effectively.
Work-from-home options are available following the initial 4-month probation period.
