Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call system
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs 45,00, including incentives up to Rs 15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shift: Rotational shifts for males (monthly rotation), morning shifts for females
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 45,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00 per month
