Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service within the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Address customer inquiries by offering accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders, verify information, and manage payment transactions.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with pertinent details.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in the banking sector, preferably in customer service.
