Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing information related to customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based experience
- Salary: Rs 45,00 including incentives up to Rs 15,00
- Free medical insurance provided
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, night) with work-from-home opportunities after probation
