Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluency in English required
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care, preferably with a UK-based company
- Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month, including incentives
Shifts: Rotational for males, morning only for females. Work from home available after probation.
