Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. You will also collect customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs. 17,500.00 – Rs. 120,00.00 per month
