Job Description
Position title: Hiring Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are quickly integrated into the organization.
- Create and execute talent development initiatives, including training and mentoring programs.
- Partner with department heads to identify and address staffing needs and skills gaps.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and support employee career growth.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.
Other Requirements:
- HR head hunter experience is required compulsory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- More than 3 years of experience, with a focus on Recruitment and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Shahrah E Faisal Karachi (On site).
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Recruitment: 4 years (Preferred)
Shift timing: 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm or 11:00 Am to 08:00 pm.
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday alternate and Sunday off
