Job Description
Location: I-9/3, Islamabad. ConnectX is hiring Home Health RCM Specialists to manage the end-to-end revenue cycle for home health agencies, focusing on Medicare/Medicaid billing, PDGM, OASIS, HIPPS codes, and UB-04 institutional claims. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting UB-04 claims, creating and filing NOAs, verifying eligibility and authorizations, resolving denials/rejections, communicating with payers and clinicians, reconciling payments, and ensuring Medicare/Medicaid compliance. Qualifications: 1+ year in Home Health RCM or medical billing, strong PDGM/OASIS/HIPPS/NOA knowledge, UB-04 proficiency, excellent communication, follow-up, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
