Job Description
We seek a Horticulture Program Officer based in Multan (field sites) for a 7-month contract (Dec 2025–Jun 2026). The officer will plan, implement, and monitor horticultural and green infrastructure activities; design plantations and maintenance protocols; coordinate with nurseries, agriculture departments, and universities; lead community awareness sessions on climate‑smart horticulture; and document plant survival, soil data, and biodiversity impacts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in plantation, landscaping, or green infrastructure projects; donor-funded program experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong community coordination, field monitoring, and reporting abilities. One position; maximum age 40.
