Job Description
Seeking a Highly Energetic, Passionate & Customer-Oriented Hospitality Executive for Oasis Adventure Resort at Gharo.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins/outs
- Answer inquiries, handle payments, and maintain records
- Coordinate with staff to ensure room readiness & timely delivery of various services
- Provide information on resort services and attractions
- Address guest issues promptly and maintain a tidy front desk
- Suggest & implement continuous improvements for overall betterment of the resort
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Warm & friendly attitude
- Proactiveness, creative thinking & resourcefulness
