Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a professional Hospitality Shift Leader (Front of House) to oversee front desk operations at our Gulberg 3, Lahore property. The role includes supervising check-ins/check-outs and reservations, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining lobby standards, training front desk staff, and preparing shift reports and handovers. Proficiency with Oracle Opera Cloud and hands-on involvement in daily operations are required.
- Experience: 2–3 years in front office or guest services
- Skills: strong communication, leadership, and hospitality systems knowledge
- Attributes: presentable, customer-focused, able to work under pressure; full-time, on-site
