Role Description:
JTR Holidays is seeking a Reservation Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Rawalpindi Bahria town Rawalpindi. As a Reservation Executive, you will provide the highest level of customer service to our clients by assisting them with hotel arrangements, ticket reservations, transportation and activity arrangements, and any other inquiries related to their trip.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a client assisting role
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proficient in using booking and reservation systems
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong advising/assisting skills
