Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Management professional located in Islamabad. The Hospitality Management professional will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers, managing staff, monitoring inventory, creating schedules, identifying business growth opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and scheduling
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Knowledgeable in the latest industry trends and technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high degree of flexibility
