Job Description
Superior University is seeking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the university hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel, maintain a safe and conducive living environment for students, and manage the collection of hostel fees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among residents.
- Collect hostel fees from students and ensure timely payment.
- Keep accurate records of fee payments and follow up on any outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with university administration on matters related to hostel management.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for managing records and payments.
