Job Description
Atif Brothers is currently looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Officer. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, managing the check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and coordinating with the housekeeping department to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Additional responsibilities encompass answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining precise records, and ensuring the lobby area remains clean and organized.
